This tall variety is a favorite with our lake and water front enthusiasts as they resemble beach and lake grasses. When flowering, the tall, straight leaves are accompanied by slim reddish spike and numerous purple tubular blooms. Their delicate height and wispy leaves lend simple beauty and movement to any air plant arrangement.
Because the leaves are thin they do not retain as much water as some of the other varieties so be sure to water this one twice per week as it may dry out very quickly in dry conditions.
